Welcome to TRADE SQUARE. This website and store, including all procurement, logistics, consolidated shipping, and supply chain management services (collectively, the "Services"), are operated by TRADE SQUARE. Our platform is powered by Shopify.

By visiting our site, creating an account, or utilizing our 4PL and freight forwarding services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our platform.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES & OPERATIONAL SCOPE

TRADE SQUARE operates as an integrated Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) agency and freight forwarder based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, connecting global markets.

  • B2B Sourcing & Procurement: When we act as a sourcing agent, our responsibility is strictly limited to identifying suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, and executing pre-shipment quality checks based on your documented technical specifications.

  • Individual & Commercial Forwarding: We provide a dedicated warehouse infrastructure to receive, inspect, pack, and export your cargo.

2. LIABILITIES REGARDING GOODS & MANUFACTURERS

  • Individual Forwarding (Shop & Ship): TRADE SQUARE acts solely as a logistics facilitator. We are completely absolved of any liability regarding errors, discrepancies, damaged items, incorrect quantities, or quality flaws in products purchased by you directly from external storefronts, digital marketplaces, or third-party suppliers.

  • Corporate Sourcing (B2B): While we facilitate communication and inspections with global factories, TRADE SQUARE does not provide long-term product warranties. We are not liable for latent manufacturing defects, internal mechanical failures, or commercial disputes arising from the original factory's production or design lines.

3. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, & REGULATORY CLEARANCE

  • TRADE SQUARE functions exclusively as a freight forwarding and supply chain orchestrator.

  • Important Customs Disclaimer: The Company is not responsible for customs clearance or any associated regulatory processes in the destination country. Any import tariffs, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), inspection fees, or administrative fines imposed by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) in Saudi Arabia or the customs authorities of any destination country are the sole and exclusive financial responsibility of the customer (Consignee/Merchant).

4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY & COMPENSATIONS (UNINSURED CARGO)

By using our international shipping lines, you explicitly agree to the following liability caps if you opt out of our premium Cargo Insurance Service:

  • Lost Cargo: If a shipment is lost exclusively during the international transit phase, and the customer explicitly declined or failed to purchase our Cargo Insurance Service, the maximum financial compensation payable by TRADE SQUARE shall be strictly capped at $50.00 USD (or its local currency equivalent), regardless of the actual commercial value of the items inside the shipment.

  • Damaged Cargo: If a shipment suffers physical damage, breakage, or structural degradation during transit, and the customer did not purchase our Cargo Insurance Service, TRADE SQUARE is entirely exempt from liability, and no financial reimbursement, refund, or compensation will be issued.

  • Perishable Goods: The Company assumes zero legal or financial liability for the spoilage, melting, freezing, or thermal deterioration of foodstuffs, confectionery, or temperature-sensitive products resulting from standard international transit environments.

5. RECEPTION, LOGISTICS BOUNDARIES, & DOMESTIC DELIVERY

  • Custody & Transit Initiation: Our operational and legal liability for any package begins strictly upon the physical receipt, scanning, and processing of the goods at our designated fulfillment hubs. We assume no responsibility for delays, losses, or damages occurring during domestic transit or inland courier handling before the cargo safely reaches our warehouse.

  • Address Accuracy: TRADE SQUARE is completely exempt from delivery failures or routing errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly formatted shipping addresses provided by the customer. It is your sole responsibility to review and confirm all destination addresses during checkout.

  • Remote & Rural Destinations: For final deliveries destined for remote areas, villages, or zones outside major metropolitan city centers, the buyer/consignee assumes full responsibility for tracking and collecting the cargo from the nearest designated carrier hub or provincial terminal in their country.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SITE USE

All content, features, code, and systems layout on TRADESQUARE.com are the exclusive property of TRADE SQUARE. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

7. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website or the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes absolute acceptance of those changes.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and commercial regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
